One of the most attractive features of the New Bind product range is the quality engineering and craftsmanship that goes into the design and construction of each machine. From our entry level Adventure model all the way up to the sophisticated 4-clamp Supra line, each machine makes use of quality materials and takes advantage of decades of experience in the finishing industry offered by the New Bind design and manufacturing staff.

New Bind machines are built in Italy, and use German made electronics. Precise CNC engineered components are used throughout the machines. All integral components are of standard metric specifications, and all parts of the machines are readily accessible and serviceable should the need arise. New Bind binding machines are designed and engineered to accomplish a sophisticated task with simplicity for easy maintenance and trouble free operation.

Each machine features top-shelf milling and notching stations, robust and effective nipping plates, precisely controlled pneumatic clamps, built-in paper dust vacuums, and super accurate carriage adjustment and movement. The Explore and Supra models also offer inline scoring, and gentle delivery of finished books allowing for the possibility of inline trimming. Automatic spine thickness sensors are available for all machines allowing for high-speed one-off book production. Of course, all of the machines feature the patented New Bind PUR System offering unmatched glue application and control while eliminating the high costs and labor requirements normally associated with PUR binders.
